We are recommend transfer to Nakajima park (Sapporo Park Hotel) from New-Chitose Airport by using Airport Limousine bus.

- 17 minutes walk from the conference venue.
- 10 minutes from JR Sapporo Station by car.
- 1 minute from Nakajima Koen Subway Station. Go out Exit 3 of the subway for the hotel.
(5 minutes from JR Sapporo Station to Nakajima Koen by Nanboku Subway Line) - 50 minutes from New Chiitose Airport and Sapporo Okadama Airport by car.
Reservation
- For your reservation, fill out the hotel reservation form in the conference registration form.
- Note that the total amount of your registration fee and hotel bill will be charged to your credit card at a time. You can receive a detailed receipt issued by the official registration desk (Sankei Overseas Travel Co., Ltd.) at on-site registration desk.
Alternative accommodation
You will be able to arrange your accommodation in Sapporo directly with the various hotels or through travel agencies.

We recommend hotels in Sapporo station area, Odori station area and Nakajima Koen area. These areas are convenient to public transportation and easily accessible to the conference venue.
Note that August is a tourist season, hotels in Sapporo are extremely busy. We strongly recommend making reservations as early as possible.
